Just a quick plug for a simple, easy to setup, customizable and free site search engine (yes free). Thanks to the people at http://www.sphider.eu/ for an excellent piece of open source code. Look forward to seeing it on an upcoming monster music venture!

Belkin N+ router with usb drive

I spent some time getting this working on a Mac and Windows network so here's a quick tidbit when using this wireless router as a NAS. It uses SAMBA, so by default ..

On your mac you would:
Go:connect to server: smb://192.168.2.1

On your windows machine:
My Computer : Tools : Map a Network drive : pick a drive letter : \\192.168.2.1\sda1
